The "Real Scoop" Special Topic Pamphlets

Global Insights will complete the development of eight pamphlets. These pamphlets will allow Global Insights' customers to get the latest information on Global Issues quickly and inexpensively ($5.00 each).

Pamphlets:

1. Socially Responsible High Integrity Leaders:  The Need, the Number and an Approach.  This pamphlet first defines the concept of Socially Responsible High Integrity Leaders and lays out the key principles they use in leading a countries people and groups towards balanced democracies.  The pamphlet quantifies the extremely large number of leaders required in each country to significantly move them towards their own Balanced Democracy goals.  A useful trust model for such leaders is outlined and underscores the need for new leaders to come from the countries they will lead and must speak the main language(s) of their country.

           

2. Investing in, Manufacturing In and Outsourcing to Third World Countries:  Success and Profits by Avoiding Traps, Swindles & Swizzles.  This pamphlet briefly highlights the conclusions and recommendations in the last part or the book "Corruption Arts in Third World International Business: Traps, Swizzles, and Swindles Used by the Master Players" written and published by Rich Gottbreht ($34.95 hardcover, ISBN: 0-9766996-0-5) so that readers can have an easy to carry cheat sheet.  The pamphlet also contains some new material not contained in the book.

            

3. Competing Against Third World Businesses:  Cost Structures, Strategies, Tactics and Realistic Goals.  This pamphlet details key cost differences between the U.S. and a typical third world country, makes some projections about how third world costs will change so that U.S. businesses can begin to set realistic and attainable cost structures for their own futures.  The pamphlet makes the case that without Economic Development Zones many U.S. medium and small business will never be able to compete effectively. 

                  

4. Economic Development Zones (EDZ):  A Practical Idea for Slowing Illegal Immigration, Improving U.S. Global Competitiveness and Continuing U.S. Economic Growth.  This pamphlet discusses the concept of an EDZ, which is an economic development area on the U.S. side of the Mexican border.  The pamphlet then outlines the many benefits of EDZ’s and ties them to potential improvements in illegal immigration rates, global competitiveness and economic growth.

                  

5. U.S. Free Trade Agreements: Helping or Hindering Democracy and Poverty.  This Pamphlet discusses who benefits from free trade agreements between the U.S. and Third World Countries based on the views of Third World Counties outlined in the book "Corruption Arts in Third World International Business: Traps, Swizzles, and Swindles Used by the Master Players" written and published by Rich Gottbreht ($34.95 hardcover, ISBN: 0-9766996-0-5).  The pamphlet then makes the case that the benefits rarely make their way down in the society to improve poverty and move a country towards a Balanced Democracy.

                      
6. The Case for a Multilingual Society in the United States:   Get over it and get on with it. This pamphlet makes the strong case that the U.S. must become more bilingual with large numbers of citizens speaking English and one other language depending on the area of the country where they reside.  The pamphlet then ties the language issue to global security, border control, and personal safety both inside and outside the country.

               

7. Technology’s Disastrous Impact on Poverty:  An Unbelievable Dilemma for the World.  This pamphlet discusses the practical impact of technology exported by developed countries on third world unemployment and poverty.  The pamphlet also estimates the size that third world economies would have to grow to produce developed country unemployment and productivity levels.

                 

8. Strategic Survival Initiatives for the United States:  Do or U.S. Democracy Fails.  This pamphlet was written to stress the importance of ten key initiatives that the U.S. must undertake and be successful at to survive and thrive over the long term.
